Learning Reiki Level 1 is a profoundly meaningful journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Reiki Level 1 offers a foundation of knowledge and techniques that allow practitioners to channel healing energy to themselves and others. By learning Reiki Level 1, individuals gain the ability to bring comfort, balance, and relief to physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of their lives. Upon completion of the training and the 21-day self-cleansing period, you are encouraged to perform Reiki on friends, family, and animals for an energy exchange. Reiki Level 1 has a focus on healing on an individual level whereas Reiki Level 2 aims at healing others on a professional level.

Course Prerequisite
You must have received Reiki at least once before you enroll in Level 1 Training. This is to ensure you have a basic understanding of what Reiki is like before further study. If you are curious about whether I am a suitable teacher for you, I encourage you to book a Reiki session with me before enrolment so that you can experience my energy and style and see if this is the right fit.
