Sylvana Li is a certified Reiki Master of the Usui Shiki Rhyo lineage, Human Design Consultant and a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. Before becoming a Reiki healer, Sylvana has worked as a kindergarten teacher for more than 5 years. Her busy work life has led to burnout and hormonal issues. At that time she was already a dedicated yogi and attended different types of wellness therapies regularly, but she always felt that there was something missing. It is through Reiki, a form of non-evasive energy healing, that she reclaimed her energetic sovereignty and further realized the essence of balance.

Sylvana started her Reiki journey as a client who simply tried Reiki out of curiosity. After her first Reiki appointment, Sylvana noticed a dramatic change in her intuition and psychic ability. She then went on the path of becoming a Reiki practitioner, hoping to spread the benefits of Reiki as much as she can. Sylvana also has a background in Human Design and understands that one size does not fit all, that everyone’s energetics is different. In her practice, Sylvana takes her clients’ Designs into consideration. She also incorporates crystal Reiki to enhance healing.
